Whisper “none of this is real,” when things get overwhelming

More accurately when someone else makes their emergency and lack of planning my problem… I like to remind myself (and others) that unless we’re saving lives, everything is gonna be okay. That’s not to say you can’t take your job seriously or try to do a good job, but invented emergencies are killing us. So maybe remind your nervous system that this wireframe won’t save the company. 😎 let’s be chill.
